Continue posting regularly on the late in life team, start at least one new thread as a topic of discussion once weekly.
ST: Upper body (arms) M - W- F
Cardio: 30 min 5 days a week, 1 day elliptical, 1 day treadmill (or walking weather permiting), 3 days DVD.
Weigh in only once during the week, on Saturday 11/7 for the Thanksgiving Challenge on the LIL Team. Continue to find other means of measuring my success in pursuing a healthy lifestlye.
No M&M's 6 days this week.
