Don't kow what's up, I was SOOO bad yesterday! Our company had guests or lunch yesterday, and there was a table of goodies -- brownies, cookies, baklava, sandwiches, chips, hummus and corn chips just feet away from my desk. I ate everything!!! And, as if that wasn't enough, I had some popcorn and a South Beach peanut butter protein bar for dessert after supper. Not only am I not going to win The Biggest Loser contest at work, I might end up being the biggest gainer if I don't get a grip.
