New and Improved workout....

So my new and improved work out schedule is as follows

Week One (1)

Monday thru Friday – walk 30 minutes approximately 1-2 miles approx calories burned – 110-210

Week Two (2)

Monday thru Friday – same as week one plus:

Monday – 24 lift approx calories burned – 420 (60 min session)
Tuesday – Turbo Kick Box approx calories burned – 500 (60 min session)
Wednesday - 24 lift approx calories burned – 420 (60 min session)
Thursday - 24 SET approx calories burned – 420 (60 min session)
Friday - just mid day walk…..
Saturday - rest day.
Sunday - Turbo Kick Box approx calories burned – 420 (60 min session)

Week Three (3)

Monday thru Friday – same as week one and two plus:

Slim in Six Video morning Monday thru Friday weekends off…

This, plus new nutritional goals should get me down to at least a BMI of 30-32.
