A million dollars!

I feel like a million bucks today.

It's a rest day for me as far as working out but my body needs it.

I've worked out 3 days in a row:
- Sunday 3 mile run
- Monday AM gym workout before work (weights and cardio)
- Tuesday AM gym workout before work (weights and cardio)

Tracking my calories and making better choices

Avoiding my vices like chocolate, coffee, soda, fast food.

I feel the burn and I've missed that feeling.

YEAH for getting back in the saddle!
