Day 15

I'm not sure whether to describe today as good or bad. I've done okay this week so far until today. After breakfast I was very busy. I was rushing around running errands, going to appointments, and a meeting this evening. I not only didn't follow the meal plan, but I've no idea how many calories I ate over the course of the entire day. I tried my best to choose wisely though.

I did, though, find time to exercise. I squeezed in 20 minutes of cardio before leaving the house. My son is sick with a nasty throat virus bug, so I haven't been sleeping my 8 hours.

But I have to remember that this is a lifestyle change and although there are gonna be days like this from time to time, the goal is that I stick to healthy choices consistently. So tomorrow, it's back to the plan! Halloween is this Friday and I need my energy to walk all over the place as I take my kids trick-or-treating!

    Hi. I just wanted to let you know that even if you don't use the meal plan from sp you can still look for nutritional information that you ate that day and manually entered it. If you click add a food look on the right hand side. I think you are doing great so far, so keep it up and don't stress over it! emoticon
