Adding a hill......a bridge if needed........

I've needed a challenge recently. Hit a plateau. I've been considering walking over a local bridge. My friend decided to accompany me and we took on this challenge last week. It's a 3.6 walk. We enjoyed the walk. It was great to walk with a friend and the time flew by. I've been walking 2.5 miles almost daily. I did feel the difference in adding the hill to my walk. We've decided to each add this to our routine as a weekly walk. My thighs felt so strong - like tree trucks afterwards! And I also felt it in my buttocks the next day.
