Strategies to Manage Emotional Eating

There are many stressful things going on in my life right now. At home I have developed many techniques to avoid emotional eating. In the evenings I log in to spark and can not eat while I am typing. I am also writing an autobiography which is allowing me to get my emotions on the paper. During the day at work is a little more challenging. There is chocolate everywhere and often, when stressed I pop a piece in my mouth before I'm aware I did it. One strategy I use is to avoid the main kitchen. It's been working well.
