I've done pretty good the past couple days. My 2 biggest flaws this week are that I haven't been getting my 8 hours sleep and that I got behind on all the housework. I caught up today though.

I figured out how to add when you eat a different food that's not on the menu planner. I have counted calories in the past but I always got tired of adding and figuring before and after every meal. With SP, I can just 'click, click, click' and all the calories are added up for me. It's great.

I've also decided to give Turbo Jam a try. At first I felt kind of stupid jumping and kicking all over the living room. But now that I'm getting the hang of it, I think it's fun. I also like that it burns a LOT of calories in a short amount of time.

    like you i'm finding the nutritional tracking to be a lot easier than it looked at first (it's taken me 2 weeks to even have a proper look at it) - now i've just got to get into the fitness tracking. sleeps also a problem - still working on it.
