A Little Better Today

I made it to the gym today! emoticon

I did my cardio as per my work out plan. I walk 30 minutes on a treadmill then the 5 minute cool down the treadmill goes into (for a total of 35 minutes). I also did my strength training that I was supposed to do yesterday. I left the gym extremely sweaty and felt great!

I have fallen in love with Sobe Life Water in Pomegranate Cherry. I don't count the 20 oz drink in my water intake since it has 40 calories per serving and the whole bottle is 100 calories. I know that water has no calories. I actually just lost track of how much water I have drank today. I know that my water bottle (I use at the gym) is 24 oz or 3 cups. I drank a full glass (about 2+ cups) before the gym and I'm not sure how much I've drank since. I'm just about done with this glass and I'm going to add 2 more cups to my water count...but I can't remember if I did it for my last glass before I finished. Once I finish this, my water count will be at 9 cups ( emoticon) but it may be possible that I've had 11 cups as of now. Not sure!

I am also EXTREMELY EXCITED that I've gotten one of my friends to check out this website! I love you Hef! emoticon I'm proud of you and I'm totally rooting for you and here to kick you in the butt to keep you motivated! LOL!
