sunny and warm and no sleep

Well, last night I slept out of sheer exhaustion. I had to cnacel my golf game from fatigue yesterday. Last night I did make it seven hours. My doctor is trying to help me with this problem, so let's hope his plan works. Lack of sleep can play havoc on your life. Other than that, I'm doing pretty well. I've increacsed my exercise and am watching what I eat. Who can do more? Tomorrow I'm playing in a two-day tournament, so I'm hoping for a good nighty night in the bed so I'll feel refreshed and play well. My food plan is simple, just keep it filled with veggies, some fruit, lots of good grains and small portions of protein. Keep the fat down to a min. I don'l like counting calories or points. I feel I must change my lifestyle and then I won't yo yo like in the past.
