Wednesday, October 22, 2008

Okay here it is...I feel like I am getting out of control with my eating. I haven't logged in a while, I have personal things going on in my life that shouldn't justify my poor food choices...So if you do not see my food logged, yell at me PLEASE!!!!!!

I am on here once again...May 18 2014 I stepped on the scales, I was one pound away from 200LBS. That was my turning point, In Oct. 2014 I had lost down to 169 but had to have surgery, so the weight crept back up to 181, I am back down to 177 and here I go again. I still cannot exercise like I once could, but I can make healthier choices so I will...

Don't beat yourself up, start fresh, start logging your food again, and find ways to coop other than munching.

Fully understand where you are coming from, I have started grabbing a piece of gum to chew, and some light free weights to keep my hands busy while I watch TV. I also took up cross stitching to keep my hands busy at night. Seems to be working the only problem is that I need the light on to see and that doesn't allow my three year old to wind down.
