I think I did pretty good today. I skipped lunch because I was busy, so I had my tuna sandwich as a snack instead.

When I took Adreine to her cheer practice, I did a fast paced 40 minute walk.

Tofu stir fry was for dinner. I HATE tofu! My kids love it though LOL. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't mind taking that meal off my meal plan for good. But it wouldn't be the first food I've pretended to like for my kids' sake.

I finally got around to measuring my body and writing down the inches. I was surprised at how big I've really gotten since I had Jacob. My first intention in coming here was to be healthier (it still is), but now I'm noticing how badly I need to shed the extra pounds I've been carrying on my body for the past 6 years. I know I will feel so much better and more energetic when I do.
