I Finally Made It! Yeah!

Well all I have to say is, I finally reached my goal. I owe it all to, "Clean Eating." Eating healthy foods, like whole grains, proteins & choosing the proper fats, is what helped me achieve my goal.
"Clean Eating is the only healthy way to maintain your ideal body weight.
Trying hard not to let myself down! So far so good. Actually, it's been 3 weeks since I reached my goal, & I wanted to wait before I mentioned it, to see if I would remain this weight. I know I can trust myself to continue to eat healthy foods.
If I exercise for hours in 1 week, I have extra snacks, since I will be burning more fat/W/ a extra hour of workouts , & I have been maintaining. Sometimes I see a few oz. more that's all & I'm back.
I want my journey/W/ gaining weight to take a long, long rest! Away from me, that is!
