I've been in a plateau for a while so I'm back here to get my self going again.
I've been maintaining my weight on my own but I'm not loosing any more...hopefully with a little help I'll get it moving again.
Oh I know. After I had gotten to my goal, I decided that I wanted to loose 3-4 more pounds, so that I would have some cushion in maintaining.
I went for 6 WEEKS without loosing any more!! At least I was at my goal so it didn't feel quite so bad, but I was starting to think that I was going to have to live on a diet just to maintain my weight.
Luckily I didn't let up, and all of the sudden I started loosing again. So just stick in there. Even if it seems like you absolutely can't loose, just give it some time.
