I am so tired this is my 2nd night without sleep. And it draining me not only physically but mentally. My brain is all foggy and it's really hard to think, plus it makes my body ache. I do this a couple times a month and it is not fun at all. My days and nights get all mixed up because i'm so tired that I sleep all day long. I try and stay awake but it's so hard because I'm soooo tired. Well, more later...

Make sure your bedroom is dark. I was tossing and tunring for several nights and figured out the light from my husbands cell phone recharging was reflecting onto my face. Now I just flip it over and I sleep much better!!

    Hello Lyricallady
Let me ask you, when you can't sleep, what do you do? I mean do you get out of bed? Do you read or watch tv? I find that watching a little tv or better yet, reading (the Bible is my favorite) I nod off quicker. Also why can't you sleep? Do you think a lot when you are in bed. I read your other blogs about you living on your own and I think this may be upsetting your sleep also. But if I can just say, don't fear change. Use this as an opportunity to do something new in your life. Fear can cripple us if we let it, so stand up to the fear. And remember, we are never truly alone, God is always with us.
    Good Luck
