My trouble goal

My two most challenging things are exercise and drinking my water. I can almost never get above 2 glasses let alone 8. I'm very good about strengthening exercises, but I really dislike my cardio exercise. I wish I could do a cardio exercise that I would enjoy. Dance, step aerobics, etc. I also wish my shoulder would stop hurting so I could go back to doing upper body cardio stuff. My short term 2 week goal is at least 4 glasses of water per day (I have to start small and cardio at least 3x/week)
