Juicing my way to more fruits & Veggies...

I have been using my juicer more the past couple of weeks. This has been a big help to ensure that I am getting enough fruits and veggies in my day.
I have started back using my nutrition and exercise tracking tools. It seems to be the only way I manage to stay consistent. It is a real eye opener sometimes when I THINK I had a healthy day and the NUMBERS show differently.
Got to drop a few more pumpkins before the end of the month!
