Out of the hole!

Well, I slid down the slippery slope into a hole for a few days. It's hard to stick with this when you're sick. But now the illness has passed and I learned a new lesson from it. Don't wait til your'e hungery to decide what you're going to eat, you'll probably make a bad choice! My water intake has slipped, and my veggie/fruit intake has slipped, but my exercise minutes didn't!

    It is very hard to eat enough calories when you don't feel good. I am surprised you could keep up with your exercise. Good job!!!

    Good job on keeping up with your excersize! It is normal to slip when you don't feel well, but now that your better you can easily get back on track.

    Well at least there is exercise! When I am sick it all goes out the window. Glad you learned something and hope you get back on track with food and water this week! :)
