I haven't received any email in my regular email account since October 14, and just spent a frustrating 40 minutes "chatting" with Earthlink support. It's still not working. Normally, I receive emails letting me know when I have received Sparkmail, Sparkgoodies, comments on my blog, or responses to messages I have left on message boards. I am still working to resolve this, but I am letting you know because it may slow down my normal response time.
