Today was okay as far as health concerns. The workout was no problem. But then I was working out 3 and 4 days a week already anyhow. I ate a little bit more than my recommended portion sizes. But that's why I've been aiming for the lower end of the calorie range to allow for slip-ups like that.
My problem is that my personal life suffered a bit today and I was feeling sorry for myself, so it was early evening before i finally forced myself to finish the workout. Time for me to go check in with one of the teams I signed up for: Dealing with Depression.
But I lost 2 more lbs, so that's something to be proud of...
