Not doing so well

I am not doing very well with my tracking lately. That of course is causing me to eat things I know I shouldn't. I don't know why I can't seem to get back on track. I haven't been logging into Spark -- mainly because by the time I get home I am too tired to do so. Once I fix dinner, help my daughter with homework, get the kids ready for bed -- and finally sit down I just don't seem to have the energy.

It would also help if my husband didn't have a fit and say that I am on the computer all of the time. --It does take a bit of time to enter everything. I guess I just let it all get to me. I need to buckle down and get serious again.

    Hey hun I know that trying to balance family, life and lifestyle changes is hard I know that yea doing all yea can. Sometimes it can be very overwhelming and life seems to be all yea can do. Just remember that yea deserve to be healthier to and that your doing this for yea and your family to have yea around for as long as possible. But in the same yea have to be rested to be able to keep pushing forward on your weight loss journey. Maybe just making time twice a week to do your logging and all on spark is a beginning to help yea get back on track. Continue to do all yea can and I know yea will find your balance. Remember Rome was not built in a day and taking it one day at a time is all yea can do.

    Stay positive, stay active and remember to make good food choices.
