OMG It is official. I am FINALLY down to my goal weight. I says its official because I meet the goal 2wks ago and have been able to maintain even with my dear monthly friend. I am currently toying with losing another 5 to 10 more pounds. I really just want to maintain and tone up.
I treated myself to new clothes. Now a size 7 was a size 10-12. 3 Pants sizes. I feel much better too.
People ask me how I did it. And I have to explain that I have been doing this since last year but religiously working out and eating healthy since January. I also became a semi-vegetarian in August(I still eat fish and seafood) Not every week more like 2-3 times a month. I've cut WAY down on fried food, chocolate. I'm trying to cut down on the cheese intake too. So much fat and salt.
I really do owe this success to Spark people and all of the teams that I'm on.
