Job woes and health issues

Tuesday, October 14, 2008

Well to day at work my boss told me he was approached by 2 separate people who said I have been seen doing crossword puzzles during the work day, reading email(work) and socializing in the teachers lounge. I thanked him for telling me but I also said these seemed rather nit picking. Of course the crossword puzzles will cease and I will read work emails at work but at a different time and the socializing will continue but in a limited way. Generally at work I fly below the radar so this sudden interest in what I am doing is odd. Who is watching that closely and why?

Also today I went for my 2nd ultra sound--I've already had 2 mammagrams and an MRIover the last month. I am finally scheduled for a needle biopsy done with the use of the ulra sound images. It is set for next Tues AM and I will be taking a day off from work

It seems that some people have nothing better to do than to find errors in other people. There will always be people like that out there. It would be nice if the people themselves could have talked to you about it though. Oh well... such is life, right? I pray all goes well for your tests. Keep your head up!

Sounds like some of your co-workers are jealous. They might think you have more free time. Untrue but who knows how other people think. I wouldn't worry - you have already changed it so now forget it.

I'm sorry that you are having these problems. I know that work can be a pain. I work at a school too and sometimes wonder why I'm there. Just keep doing your job to the best of your ability. Your boss will notice.

I hope your health problems get better soon.
