Ok, this is my first day using Sparkpeople. I'm supposed to be drinking my water, getting enough sleep, and keeping my calories in the proper range. Tomorrow is when I'm supposed to start exercising. So far, so good.
I know that I'm not all that much overweight, but it's still enough that I don't feel good about myself. I also just plain DONT'T FEEL GOOD! I'm tired all he time. I'm stressed. And for me that's when I eat for comfort. I don't know if my weight has anything to do with why I feel bad, but it certainly doesnt hurt to live healthier.
