Well, its day 6 and my body is feeling good. Its amazing when you workout. I am climbing the stears at work instead of the elivater. I am soooooooooo happy that I found SP I try to log everything I eat so I can watch my calories. I am now drinking up to 12 glasses of water per day. I will continue to blog on my progress.
