"If Wishes Came True"

I know I haven't been the best girl this year and I'm sure you know sometimes it's so hard for me to be good for it's so natural for me to be naughty having lived a lifetime of bad habits and excess weight, but I'm trying really hard and here's my list for this year.
I wish and really want to breath a new life into my favorite team here at spark for I really let them down this past year. I will post daily on various threads. I will continue to try to find interesting articles to post at least on a weekly basis. I will ask for help from the team in running challenges so that they stay fresh. I will do this through the end of the year and into the new year.
I wish and really want to do cardio 5x weekly for at least 30 min per session. As we approach the season of snow I will use the elliptical once weekly, the treadmill once weekly and DVD's three times weekly. I will send myself a daily reminder each day at noon asking myself if I have completed my cardio.I will do this through the end of the year and continue or improve that number in the new year.
I wish and really want to build muscle. I will focus on upper body ST 3x weekly, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I will send myself a reminder each of those days at noon asking myself if I have completed my ST. I will do that through the end of the year and continue or improve on that number in the new year.
I wish and really want to use measurements other than the scale to track my progress towards living a healthy lifestyle. I will limit my weigh ins to once a week (no more, perhaps even less). I will take time daily to reflect on how I feel (more energy, well rested, better fitting clothes), I will take my measurements including resting heart rate once monthly. I will do this until the end of the year and continue or improve on finding alternatives measurements of success.
I wish and really want to get the M&M monkey off my back. Week 1, I will limit my M&M's to four times a week. Week 2, I will limit my M&M's to three times per week. Week 3, I will limit my M&M's to two times per week. Week 4, I will limit my M&M's to one time per week. From that point forward I will limit my M&M's to one serving one time per week.
