Santa Baby Hurry Down My Chimney Tonight.....oh wait, wrong list! TEE HEE
I couldn't resist using a picture of my hubby morphed into Santa.
I know I haven't been the best girl this year and I'm sure you know sometimes it's so hard for me to be good for it's so natural for me to be naughty having lived a lifetime of bad habits and excess weight, but I'm trying really hard and here's my list for this year.
I wish and really want to breath a new life into my favorite team here at spark for I really let them down this past year.
I wish and really want to do cardio 5x weekly for at least 30 min per session.
I wish and really want to build muscle.
I wish and really want to use measurements other than the scale to track my progress towards living a healthy lifestyle.
I wish and really want to get the M&M monkey off my back.
