Can't find my exercise mojo

I am having the hardest time exercising. I am doing pretty well with my eating (taking lunch to work and getting my water in), but I am just lazy when it comes to getting up and moving. Maybe it's the weather, but I am sooo tired. I'm trying to amp myself up and will be rejoining 24Hour Fitness next week. Hopefully this will be what I need to start working out. I got to get focused....

    Hey darlin, have you tried Coach Nicoles 10 minute cardio workout? You wouldn't think u could do much in 10 minutes, but you'd be surprised....also, have u tried Dancing? Just putting on a tape and keeping your butt moving? and your arms in the air?

    Exercise is KEY in the quest for a thinner you.

    Which 24Hour Fitness are you going to join? I go to the one on Charleston and Lamb - if that's the one, let me know and maybe we can start goin together occasionally - maybe it would help us both.

    I do know what you mean about the exercise mojo being gone - it must have caught the same train my motivation sometimes takes. emoticon
