I'm participating in a couple of things through SP right now, and I want to list the things I need to read daily all in one place. I'll probably edit and add-on over the next few weeks.

Beck Day 1 -
My "Advantages of Dieting" list

I will feel better, more alert and energetic.
I will look better - more rested, less bags under eyes.
I’ll be able to concentrate better.
My body will thank me by becoming more regular.
My body will appreciate having more stable blood sugar.
My blood pressure will go back down to normal.
I will look better in my clothes.
I’ll feel more in control again.
When I am taking control of my life, I am proud of myself.
When I take control in one area of my life, it carries over to others.

I am healthy, wealthy, and wise.
I am lovable and capable.
I am worthy of all good things.
I can do anything for 15 minutes.
I am a strong and capable woman.
*I* am in control of my life.
I am getting better all the time!
