Starting - a -new

Today is Friday October 10th and by Monday I want to be writing/blogging and adding to my exercise and diet tracking every day. My goal is to lose 13-15 lbs by my friend Emilie's March bday. It isn't going to be easy, but it isn't impossible. That is only about 1/2 lb a week. It's all about calories in and calories out. I know I can do it.
