Goal #2

I never thought I'd say this but I reached my goal! I hover one pound above and below my goal weight on a regular basis, but I can accept that as water weight and normal fluctuation.

My resources were this site, support of friends, using other comfort mechanisms besides food, and re-establishing my relationship with health. I'm on good terms with food and exercise and appreciate the fact that I have good food to eat and a healthy body that can perform physical activity. I have a lot of support external and internal support and motivation and that has encouraged me to....dun dah dah dah...set a new goal!

My new goal is 135 and I hope to achieve that by December, though as long as I'm either maintaining 140 or moving in the right direction, I will be happy.
