South Beach - Week 2 (-3.6 pounds)

Week two ended on a pretty good note. Of course, I would like to step on the scale and magically be my goal weight but that isn't going to happen. So, as long as the numbers on the scale are less than the week before - I am satisfied. I know the numbers could have been bigger if I would have followed the guidelines more strictly, but I have been sick and just wanted some comfort foods. I will say though, I have been conscience about my portions even if I wasn't eating "beachy" things. I think that is a step in the right direction of living a more healthy lifestyle.

Now, if I could get over this sinus/allergy/cold/whatever that I have, maybe I could get myself up and to the gym. I really do want to be working out but it's a little hard to push yourself when you can't breathe out of your nose! :)
