Five Pound Weight Gain

The title says it all. I've spent the last two weeks making poor food choices and not exercising. Today I weighed in, admitted to my five pound increase and am once again committed to working my way back down. Because of my setback it's unlikely that I'll make my goal, but I'm ready to give it my best shot once again. I'm counting calories, went to the grocery store and stocked up on healthy choices and put in 15 minutes at the gym. I'm on my way!
