My biggest set back is the munchies close to or during that special time of the MONTH. Any suggestions???? emoticon

    Keep healthier versions of your favorite cravings handy at all times. I succumbed to that this weekend, but I went shopping to stock up. For sweets, I found some bulb grapes, strawberriers and bananas, chocolate 100 cal oreo crisp or fudge stripes, salty 100 cal chips or nuts. Ice cream - skinny cow also works for the chocolate craving! Be prepared is the best suggestion for the munchies. Also for that crunch carrots and celery sticks
