Right now I have a little cold but lately I have been feeling so lazy. I have put back some of my pounds that I lost and it's starting to really get me down. I'm so close to my goal and my goal date is Nov. 1st. I have about 15 lbs. to lose and I just can't seem to do it. I need to exercise but I'm just so tired. I haven't exercised in a while. HELP! Maybe someone out there can give me something to do like tell me to "do 20 squats today" and I'll do them. If I could get someone to tell me what to do for the next 25 days I will do them and check in too! Crazy I know but worth it in the end I'm sure. Maybe I just need new and fun exercise ideas. Anyone want to help me??

    Hi Suzie, I have fallen off the wagon many of times, you know what good thing I'm still hanging on.....

    I don't stress over it, I Just try to Take 1 Day At A Time.

    Whatever strength you have on any given day do something like 5,10 or 15 minutes of Exercise it all adds up. Don't overwhelm yourself.

    I have M.S., the worst kind, Primary Progressive. My wife and I prayed this stuff back into the pit from whence it came. That was 7 years ago. As it got worse, I found that exercising in a pool was beneficial. It felt so good to feel the water slip past me. I have never been as impacted as you describe when you were 19. I remember one time from my journal entry, "My head feels like I am inside a cage full of bees." I remember the MS glove working up my arms and legs and then going away. I learned so much about myself at that time, that I prayed that I would always remember. So I am left with a little reminder on the bottoms of my feet (numb) and an occasional sensory twitch. So hit the water for exercise. It may not affect poundage as much as land activity, but it sure feels good and you can certainly get aerobic. Lord Bless You. p.s. Chewiekiki has the right take on poundage goals. I wonder if she is related to Chewbakka?

    You are heading in the right direction.. Keep yourself focused.. Use some of the SF snacks.. Make sure that you are eating all of your meals.. Fill up with more fiber.. Salad & Soup.. This will help you to feel full & work as a diaretic along with plenty of water.. I know that you can make this happen.. Just eat a little lighter & move as much as possible..     Here's what I suggest - stop working toward a goal date. Work toward a health/weight goal instead. Dates just add pressure, pressure stresses you out and demotivates you. You'll get there when you get there, as fast as your body and mind are willing to take you. Every pound you lose "counts" as a success - why put a deadline on it to stress yourself out?

    Now, you said if someone told you what to do, you'd do it, right?
