I need MOTIVATION!!!!

Right now I have a little cold but lately I have been feeling so lazy. I have put back some of my pounds that I lost and it's starting to really get me down. I'm so close to my goal and my goal date is Nov. 1st. I have about 15 lbs. to lose and I just can't seem to do it. I need to exercise but I'm just so tired. I haven't exercised in a while. HELP! Maybe someone out there can give me something to do like tell me to "do 20 squats today" and I'll do them. If I could get someone to tell me what to do for the next 25 days I will do them and check in too! Crazy I know but worth it in the end I'm sure. Maybe I just need new and fun exercise ideas. Anyone want to help me??
