I'm doing a lot better this time. I'm taking it nice and slow. I have been even more active today than most days. I even watched what I ate. the same exercises today. I'm getting there. I printed off a bunch of motivational stuff f to help me and to go over. I really want to do the 10 lbs for Oct. see you tomorrow
