Lying Leg raises: 3 x 30
Squats: 60
Lunges: 3 x 20
Standing Abductions: 3 x 30
Leg Lifts : 70

Stretched: 15 min

Walked dog 20 & 20 again

Forearm Plank/W/Reach 3x 70 sec hold
Push Ups/On/Ball: 4 x 15
Lying Leg Raises: 3 x 25
Standing Abductions; 3x 25 /W/ angle weights
Squats: /w/barbell 30 LBS

AfterNOON; TOTAL BODY WORK Heay Weights
3 x 8 Used: 7, 13, 15, 30 lb weights

Stretched: 15 minutes

Walk dog for: 20 & 20 again

    Hi ladies,
    I just wanted to thank whoever took the time to stop & read by blog. I worked for many years, without hardly taking time off. I use to go to work even when I was sick., I worked for a Doctor & we were so busy, that I felt awful letting the other assistant work by herself & she felt the same. The Doctor used to give us medications & we wore masks all day.
    Well the point I want to state, is after years of working for so long & also on Saturday, I was always so out of it (10 t0 12 hour days I put in that I really didn't have to much time to do these kind of workouts. The days off I had ,I had my other work to do & ironing clothes for the hubby. But I did make time to do fast workouts,
    by getting up 1 hour before I went to work. I lifted weights 3 days a week for 20 minutes, next day, I rode on my bike & I walked to work & back home everyday.

    Now I finally can do what I always wanted to accomplish, this kind of workout, before I got older.
    Now I can say, I did it. I never had freedom in my adult life until recently. I've been a Mom since I'm 18 yr. old & been working since then. I think I deserve to be my own person now.
    I love my new found freedom. I never had a car until now.
    I have a Nissan, & I love my car. Even when I was younger,my dad
    bought my older sister & brother a car, but not me because I got married instead. They gave me money that was suppose to be for my car. But the cash helped then.

    I love challenges, always did & I was such a tomboy when I was younger. Glad I was, I had a wonderful childhood. I was fortunate

    I am so impressed with your workout regimen - it makes my paltry 60 min spin class laughable this morning. You are a true inspiration to what we can aspire to!
