Well the summer is over and I'm past my depression that I was battling for quite sometime. I sought out the help of a counselor and worked hard on just getting into good routines again. The start of the school year was some what hectic but I have made it through so far. I am working on a current goal of starting a binder to keep things together that are both motivational, but also a place to 'store' my goals and develop them. I am relying less on counting my calories and more on making healthy eating choices, and sticking with my workout plan. In the next month I hope to be settled into a good weight lifting routine. I need to remember to make my annual physician appts as well to assess my health and blood levels.
