Feeling Better

I'm so glad I came back to SP. I feel much better than I have in months. I have increased my cardio this week from 30 mins to 35 mins. I plan to up it to 40 mins soon. I've started back tracking my food better and I feel so much more in control these days! Yay for me!!! emoticon
