My first week is in the books. I've learned so much in one week! First of all, diet and exercise works! Who knew!? Second, portion sizes aren't what u think they are. One cup is pretty darn small, especially when ur really hungery! Third, I've proved to myself that I can do this for the long haul! I can't believe I actually ate whatever I felt like eating, those days are long gone. Now it's not going in my mouth enless I have a good idea how many calories are in it!
I feel myself changing a little more everyday. I've been making myself a victim of my body for so long. I felt like I had no control over how I felt or how much I weighed. Right now I feel very empowered! I have the power to help myself feel better and look better too!
I'm so glad I found this place!
