Balance for sale, anyone?

Thursday, October 02, 2008

Because I can sure use some! I am not really happy about how this week has turned out for me. I am actually a bit disappointed, to be honest. This was to be the week I kick everything into gear, and it did start out that way, on Monday, that is, which also happens to be my only day off. But life happens, and life this week found me slipping into my old habits that I fall into when I get overwhelmed: Missing meals, not getting nearly enough sleep, missing my exercise dates. My mom is moving this week, I had 4 big exams in school, and one more tonight, and somehow, I get lost in the mix. I am really sad because I am just so determined and really want to be successful, but I am just so afraid that I will not find that balance, that happy medium, that will help me find success in everything. Just not really a good day for me I guess.

Girl, SHAKE IT OFF! This week is already past you. TIME TO MOVE ON TO KICK emoticon SOME BUTT. If I can do this anyone can. Changing out of bad habits are not easy, but once you put your mind into it you can do it. Pack yourself lunch and cook your dinner meals on your day off. Place in the freezer in the portions that you want to eat for the week. Buy some granola bars, they are a great healthy easy snack. YOU CAN DO THIS!

Just remember that you are never alone. We are all on SP to lose this extra weight that we have.

Hey don't let it get to you!!! Balance is something so incredibly hard to find and even once you do find it to maintain is just has tough sometimes!!!!! It's ok you know because you are still working towards your goals and that is a sign of the fact you are unwilling to give up. Just keep taking it one step at a time!!!!!

    Good luck on your exam!!!!
