It's good to be back on a schedule

I loved my trip to Denver, but now I am glad to be home. It is so much easier to get my walking done and control my food intake when I am on a regular schedule, and know exactly when and where to go to get my 10,000-12,000 steps daily. On a business with lots of scheduled meetings, it is harder to control your time, and eating all meals out makes for a lot of temptations. That said, I am glad I went, and I am still amazed that I managed to lose weight instead of gaining it.
