Single Leg Lift: 3 x 30
Hamstring Curls: 3 x 15
Standing Abductions: 3x 25
Calf Raises/W/30LB/Barbell: 3 x 8

Stretched: 15 minutes
TOTAL MINUTES FOR WORKOUT: 120 minutes + 30 minutes
For warm up & stretches + (150 Minutes)
