Guess what?

Well, I made it back from a week long business trip to Denver. My main goal for the trip was to keep up my walking, and not gain any weight. To my great surprise, when I weighed myself yesterday morning, I was two pounds less! I guess I shouldn't be so surprised, because I know that I have been working hard at losing weight for months, and I know that sometimes we reach a plateau. Still, I couldn't have been more surprised to know that I had not only not gained any weight, but that I am starting to lose once again. It seems as if I have been on a plateau for most of the summer. I am below 190 for the first time in 2 years!

    Congrats on keeping up with the plan while away, and the surprise 2 pounds lost. I have been on a plateau for what seems like most of the summer too, so you aren't alone. I just finally dropped 2.5 pounds for the month of September. Just keep on moving, the pounds will follow when then want to, sadly not when we want them too. Best of luck.
