For this week's action step I'm supposed to write about a goal I'm having trouble with. I have the hardest time getting fruit into my diet. I do great with vegetables (which I love) but really don't do well with fruit. Often raisins in my salad is the extent of my fruit intake for the week. I'm thinking maybe I can nuke an apple, cut up with Splenda and cinnamon, in the microwave and start having that for desert sometimes. I also ordered canned cranberries in the food order and hope to come up with a low-fat cranberry crisp recipe.
