Round 1: 10 lbs down!

This is my original SP page which charts my journey to losing the first 10 lbs (half way to gaol!) on SP with Biggest Loser Challenge Team in round 7 Many thanks for the help of the Light Blue team and other SP members RESHAPEMYLIFE, FITGIRL15, DRINA1984... Round 2 begins!!

[x] Goal 2 (-5) = 150 lbs
[x] Goal 3 (-6) = Break 150 lbs
[x] Goal 4 (-7) = 148 lbs
[x] Goal 5 (-10) = 145 lbs
[~] Goal 6 (-12) = 143 lbs
[~] Goal 7 (-13) = 142 lbs
[~] Goal 8 (-15) = 140 lbs
[~] Goal 9 (-18) = 138 lbs
[~] Ultimate Goal (-20) =135 lbs


My personal commitment to self is to make gradual LIFESTYLE changes over time that lead to permanent weight loss and consistent, sustainable health and weight management; I'd like to make this journey using tactics I will be able to maintain. Yes, it may take longer to get there but the tortoise beat the hare! Maybe I will change my mind later, but for now that's the strategy-I'm in no hurry, more concerned with getting there and STAYING there than getting there fast.

Biggest Loser Challenge Round 7 (7/8-9/30/08)
12-Week Goal: Lose 10 lbs (145lbs)

Week 0 July 8: 155 lbs...bye bye 155
Week 1 July 15: (-2) = 153 lbs...lost 2 while on vacation!
Week 2 July 22: (-1) = 152 lbs...good
Week 3 July 29: (-0) = 152 lbs...good
Week 4 Aug 5: (-1) = 151 lbs...better!

(o: SO AFTER A MONTH ON SP, I'VE LOST 4 lbs. :o)

Week 5 Aug 12: (-1) = 150 lbs...woo hoo!
Week 6 Aug 19: (+1) = 151 lbs...I'm okay!!!
Week 7 Aug 26: (-2) = 149 lbs...see- told ya!
Week 8 Sept 2: (-1) = 148 lbs...haven't seen that since 2004!

(o: 2 MONTHS DOWN, I'VE LOST 7 POUNDS! :o)

Week 9 Sept 9: 147 lbs... woot! woot!
Week 10 Sept 16: 146 lbs... yeah!
Week 11 Sept 23: 145 lbs... yippie! half way to goal!
Week 12 Sept 30: 145 lbs... made it to the end of BLC7 & reached goal!

I auditioned for Sophisticated Ladies last week... got the part! Show goes on stage November 7th.
