back on track

i am back. i've checked my calendar and of the last 46 days i have been gone for 37. i have eaten anything and everything i wanted and the only exercise i've done is to walk, but not planned walking, just a little more than the usual day to day stuff.. i've traveled to colorado in our rv and discovered the ancient indian cliff dwellings. i've traveled to missouri for a fine arts festival. i flew to ireland with 3 other women, rented a car and enjoyed the island. i'm really kind of surprized i only gained 4 pounds with all the holiday eating and drinking. i think i needed a little break from fitness/strict dieting. but a month is a little too long!! i feel refreshed however and ready to get back into a healthier lifestyle. emoticon
