Let the bootcamp begin!

Well, another weekend of full day classes down, and I survived. However to say I was getting used to it would be grossly exagerrated! So today I am beginning a new focus that I am hoping will bring results. Well, it's not quite new, I did it before and it worked wonderfully, but well, life, as we know happens and the rest becomes history. My routine will integrate more cardio and reintroduce strength training four days a week, which I really enjoy doing. I just have to keep reminding myself not to take any excuses from myself because it is so easy to do. I believe spark had an article a few days back that discussed the importance of working out even if you feel you dont have time. so they talked about ten min here, ten there. I really loved that concept because when I say I probably dont have an hour straight of full time it would probably be no lie. So I am going to try to split my cardio time the day and see how that works out. I am also starting my Alli again. I stopped it while I was sick because it really needs to be done in conjunction with exercise and I wasnt doing much exercise. Besides, I really like the way it works for me and I did not want my body getting used to it, which it seems to be good at doing. Along with my Alli, I will start tracking my food again. I have never been a fan of tracking food. It just has never been something that I have found particularly effective. This time, I am going to track my calories, fat, and fiber. I am wondering if I track the actual content of my food if maybe this will make it more effective to me. So, with no further adieu, I jump into this week and hope for the best. If all goes well, I am hoping to see some impressive numbers this weekend!
