Its been almost a year since I said goodbye to my Dad, and I think I'm doing quite well at achieving what I've set about doing. I've gone from a size 24 to a 16, from 250 to 184.4. My depression on this new med is much more controlled. I think clearer nd make better decisions. I still haven't found any real exercise program that doesn't caue moe harm than good to my body, but continue to stretch myself, and admit to being able to reach just a little bit further than when I started. I still wake up in the morning unable to move at all. Between my hubby and my puppy Kismet though, Ido manage to get out of bed and get my breakfast and meds in me. In about an hour, I am able to move around enough to do my daily routine. Then its back to my PC and the world is at my fingertips. I so want to thank every one for their lve and support here, you've bee sucha big factor in my continued progress

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. I lost mine two years ago and still cry for missing him on occasion. Lost my brother this year. It's no fun getting older and losing family and friends more frequently now.

I'm glad you have found a medication that's helping with your depression. And I agree having folks on SP to chat with is wonderful. Always good to talk to folk who understand where you are coming from. Sure does help.

Are you also an arthritis sufferer? Sure glad you have such a wonderful hubby to help you out!! What a godsend!! Bless him for that!!

Your doxie sounds swell too. My youngest brother and his wife have had doxie's for years and years now. They love them like you do. I can't have pets any more due to my allergies but love them nonetheless.
