Bleh, somehow I managed to get more exercise in this week regardless of my ankle acting up. I guess I should be glad it's been just really sore instead of swelling, but still it definitely doesn't improve my motivation to exercise.
I'm really beginning to wonder if I shouldn't go take the ankle to the doctor. However it actually swells less now than it used to so perhaps I really just need to do more stress and balancing on it. We'll see if it improves now that I'm doing cardio again.
